Dear Nurses:
This is a reminder that any outstanding renewables must be submitted immediately, as failure to do so is a direct violation of DOH State Requirements. If the Department of Health conducts an audit and your renewables are not on file, both you and the agency may face penalties.
To help you stay compliant, we will provide multiple reminders and opportunities to submit your renewables:
60 days before expiration – We will send an initial reminder.
30 days before expiration – Your renewables should be submitted.
Three follow-up attempts – We will make three attempts to collect outstanding renewables.
If renewables are not received after these three attempts, direct deposit privileges will be revoked until compliance is met.
Please understand that this policy is in place to protect your licensure, our agency, and the patients we serve. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping all required documentation up to date. If you need assistance, please reach out to HR as soon as possible.
