Dear Nurses,
We are implementing a new policy regarding EChart Submission and Clocking In/Out, effective March 3, 2025.
To ensure compliance with Department of Health & Medicaid regulations and maintain operational efficiency, please adhere to the following:
EChart Submission Policy
- All ECharts must be submitted within 24 hours of your shift’s end.
- Failure to submit your EChart on time will result in the loss of PTO, Direct Deposit, and Overtime eligibility.
- If you are unable to submit your note within 24 hours, you must notify your Nurse Supervisor with an expected submission timeframe.
Clocking In/Out Policy
- The Scheduling Team will no longer handle check-ins or check-outs for your shifts.
- If you require manual check-in or check-out more than three (3) times per month, you will lose PTO, Direct Deposit, and Overtime eligibility.
