We are implementing a new policy regarding EChart Submission and Clocking In/Out, effective March 3, 2025.
To ensure compliance with Department of Health & Medicaid regulations and maintain operational efficiency, please adhere to the following:
EChart Submission Policy

All ECharts must be submitted within 24 hours of your shift’s end.
Failure to submit your EChart on time will result in the loss of PTO, Direct Deposit, and Overtime eligibility.
If you are unable to submit your note within 24 hours, you must notify your Nurse Supervisor with an expected submission timeframe.

Clocking In/Out Policy

The Scheduling Team will no longer handle check-ins or check-outs for your shifts.
If you require manual check-in or check-out more than three (3) times per month, you will lose PTO, Direct Deposit, and Overtime eligibility.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining compliance and ensuring timely documentation. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Nurse Supervisor.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
